My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were not ready upon arrival and we had to settle for what was available near the noisy ice machine, they were still comfortable and adequately spacious, though slightly on the small side especially the bathroom. The service, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations with staff going out of their way to guide us and ensure our visit was enjoyable and personalized to our interests. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, being central to key attractions and dining spots. The dining experience, however, was a bit of a letdown with slow service and multiple issues with our orders. Overall, a decent stay marred by some hiccups.
